MyScripts is intended for use by licensed pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and authorized management personnel. You agree not to allow unauthorized individuals to access or use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use MyScripts solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including PDPA and HIPAA. You must not use the service to:
• Engage in any activity that violates the privacy of patients or other users.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other user accounts.
3.1 Data Collection and Use
You acknowledge that MyScripts collects, stores, and processes personal and health-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the system is accurate, up-to-date, and obtained with the necessary consents.
3.2 Data Ownership
All patient and pharmacy data entered into MyScripts remains the property of the pharmacy. MyScripts acts as a data processor, providing the tools necessary for data management and reporting.
3.3 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account and data.
Software Updates and Availability
4.1 Updates
We may update MyScripts from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance security. You agree to allow us to apply such updates automatically.
4.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous access to MyScripts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to suspend or restrict access to perform maintenance or address security concerns.
5.1 Ownership
MyScripts, including all software, code, and content provided through the service, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyScripts for your pharmacy’s internal purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software without our explicit permission.
6.1 No Warranties
MyScripts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service’s reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
6.2 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyScripts, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service.
6.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyScripts, its affiliates, and its licensors from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.
7.1 Termination by You
You may stop using MyScripts at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred under these Terms of Service.
7.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyScripts at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or if necessary for security reasons.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any data you have stored in the system may be
deleted or archived. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the United States, where applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these regions.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you through your pharmacy or directly within the MyScripts software. Your continued use of the service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
